- Parking, including a proposed trial of meter parking.
The meeting was very well attended, which shows the importance to the community of those issues. Continue reading
You’re possibly aware that the NSW Government has committed to upgrading the capacity of Redfern Station by building a new concourse (bridge) over the southern end of the station platforms.
Comments formally close tonight (2 June), and may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org (sorry for the late notice).
There will also be one more public consultation session:
Counterpoint’s Factory Community Centre,
67 Raglan Street Waterloo,
Thursday 6th June 6:00pm – 8:00pm
The proposal is for the concourse to have one entrance on Little Eveleigh Street and one entrance on Marian Street, between the WaterTower apartments and the current southern entrance to platform 10. The concourse will have connections to platforms 1 through 10, but not platforms 11 and 12 (the Bondi Junction Line).
For more information, see:
ARAG will discuss this at a future meeting, possibly July. (The June meeting will discuss the Traffic Management Survey and parking.)
