The City of Sydney has established an email so that the community can identify locations for share bikes in our suburb. At any time, there are over 10,000 bikes in our Local Government Area and sometimes it feels that most of them are in Alexandria.

The City of Sydney is working with the State Government and the providers to introduce regulations to better manage and control the bikes.

Meanwhile, bikes have become a bit of a plague in our streets, with users randomly leaving them wherever they dismount, with very little consideration for other users of footpaths.
