The ARAG Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 14th June 2012 at Alexandria Town Hall, in Garden Street.
The NSW Department of Fair Trading has developed a Model Constitution for use by Associations.
ARAG has adopted a modified version of this model constitution whereby the term “president” has been replaced by “convenor”, “vice-president” has been replaced by “co-convenor” and the “working group co-ordinator” has been added to the office bearers of the association.
Slight changes also have been made to the membership section of the NSW Fair Trading draft constitution.
The NSW Fair Trading Model Constitution is enclosed for reference, and the Draft ARAG Constitution is enclosed for members’ consideration.
We propose to adopt the ARAG Draft Constitution at our Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 14th June at Alexandria Town Hall.
